On Guidance

“Mevlana wasn’t a philosopher,” he insisted. “He was just trying to guide you to God.”

In the shade that encompasses Konya, these words drew me to sit by him a while.

  1. Assalamu alaikum,
Masha’Allah! So so so full of beauty that the seeking seems superfluous!!!
Your marrying of stunning photos, exquisite Rumi and then the succinct final reference to Allah Ta’ala stirs passions and ignites a desire for more of the same…Insha’Allah you continue to treat us to these delights, Ameen.
    Wassalamu alaikum

    • ‘Alaiykum selam… ameen. *smiles* Praise be to Him Who is Most Beautiful… for only He is worthy of seeking. Thank you for your support and excitement. It is enough that I am remembered by you… there… in the most beautiful place of all. Really. With love.
